Cleveland Browns vs Cincinnati Bengals Odds, Prediction, and Pick
In a match-up of an opening week game, we have the Cleveland Browns, who have struggled lately and lost three games in a row before finally winning this past week against the Jacksonville Jaguars; and they are up against a Cincinnati Bengals team who is 6-4 overall after losing two tough games against the leaders in the division, the Steelers and the Ravens. Now, the Bengals are hoping to get back into the talks of winning the AFC North, and will need to win this game against the Browns. The Bengals have been led by two rookies in Andy Dalton at quarterback, and AJ Green at wide out, and also by veteran running back Cedric Benson. They played this past week without Green due to an injured knee, but they hope to have him back this week at home.

On the other side of the ball, the Browns have had a tough year overall. They started the year with high hopes, but could never get anything going, and have lost both of their top two running backs in Peyton Hillis and Montario Hardesty to injury. Hillis is the major disappointment, as many people have said that he is causing some additional issues due to the fact that the Browns have yet to give a contract extension to him. They'll need a big game out of quarterback Colt McCoy and wide out Josh Cribbs in order to pull off the road upset in this game.
The Bengals are 6-4 overall, while the Browns are 4-6. This game is going to be played in Cinci, and will kick off at 1:00pm EST. Can the Bengals get back on the right side of things after losing two games in a row? Or will the Browns make it two in a row with a nice road win?

It's hard not to imagine the Bengals getting back on the winning track against a Browns team who can't seem to figure it out right now. The Bengals have the playoffs within their reach, but getting the job done is completely on them now. They'll need to win the winnable games like this one, and I think they'll do just that. I see Cedric Benson running wild on Sunday and helping this team end this small losing streak. Also, expect AJ Green to put up some big numbers and come back from his injury in a big way. I'm loving the Bengals to win by at least two touchdowns here.

The fact that this spread is only -7.5 for the home team here is slightly surprising. It's almost like everyone forgot what this team is capable of after losing two close games against excellent opponents the last two weeks. I think that the Bengals are one of the better teams in the AFC actually, and that they'll get back into the playoffs this year after missing it the past few. It will start here though, and they'll get a big time win and cover on Sunday. I'm picking the Cincinnati Bengals to cover.
