Houston Texans vs. Chicago Bears Odds, Prediction, and Pick
The Sunday Night Football game this week definitely should be one of the best games of the week, as it has two of the best teams in the NFL, and two teams who are strong possibilities to represent their conferences in the Super Bowl. The Houston Texans and Chicago Bears are both off to incredibly impressive starts, as both are 7-1, and we get to see them play each other on prime time this weekend. Both the Texans and Bears had high hopes coming into the season, but to say that anyone guessed that either of these teams would be 7-1 at this point in the season would be a big call. The game is in Chicago and kick off is at 8:30pm.
For the Texans, their offense and defense has both simply been on fire. When you have a player like JJ Watt leading your defensive charge, and players like Arian Foster, Andre Johnson, and Matt Schaub pulling the offense, you are likely looking pretty good. This team has done it all right, and if their defense can put pressure on Jay Cutler then they could have a huge day and get a big road win. They are also going to need Foster to open up the field for Schaub since this Bears defense has been incredible to this point in the season.

The Bears on the other hand have had the connection between Jay Cutler and Brandon Marshall in full effect lately. These two are making plays all over the field, and with a back like Matt Forte helping them out it's no surprise that they've had such a good year. This offense is finally coming together, and the addition of Marshall to the team was a huge one that seems to be working out perfectly. The defense has been the big story though as they are simply shutting teams down and causing turnovers all over the field right now.

This is a really, really tough game to call. Both teams are ridiculously talented, and I think that this is going to be a major test to tell us where both of these teams are at right now in the season. I think that the defenses are going to play a big role, and while both teams have strong defenses, I think that the Texans' defense and JJ Watt are going to be able to get into the face of Jay Cutler and cause some havoc. With that being said, I think that Houston will be able to squeak out a close, but huge road win and I'll be betting on them on Sunday night.
Pick: Houston Texans +1
