Seattle Seahawks vs. Chicago Bears Odds, Prediction, and Pick
The NFL season is getting down to the serious playoff pushes throughout the league, and this week we have two teams who are both fighting for playoff spots going at it with each other. The main difference between these two teams though is that one team has a good edge as they are sitting at 8-3 and are atop the tough NFC North, while the other is in the NFC West and is holding on to wild card hope with a 6-5 record. The first team is of course the Chicago Bears, while the team fighting for the wild card is the Seattle Seahawks and rookie quarterback Russell Wilson. This game is going to be played in Chicago on Sunday, and kickoff is set for 1:00pm EST.
The Seahawks are so up and down this season, and they really are a different team playing on their home field in comparison to playing on the road. They lost last week to the Miami Dolphins on the road, which left them smack in the middle of a confusing NFC playoff picture. They have an even tougher road test this weekend though as they are going into Chicago to play one of the best teams in the NFL. Russell Wilson is going to need to be on his game on Sunday in order to get this big NFC road win.

For the Bears, they had to go a week without Jay Cutler running the show, and it was one heck of a tough task. The Bears didn't look like the same team without Cutler, and last week with him back they completely looked like the Bears of old. It's good to have him back, but now the question is about the health of running back Matt Forte. I think that the Chicago Bears on their home field are a tough match-up though, and with Cutler playing at the top of his game right now with Brandon Marshall, their offense looks ready to roll to go along with that strong defense.

BOTH of the Seattle Seahawks' cornerbacks are both going to be out on four game suspensions according to recent reports, and this definitely doesn't bode well for Seattle. Cutler should be in for a big day against the Seahawks on Sunday, and add in the fact that the strong Bears are going to be on their home field again, and I think this adds up to trouble for Seattle. The Seahawks have lost some close games this season, but I think that this one is going to be around a touchdown win for the home team. I'll be watching the Cutler and Marshall connection on the way to a 24-17 win for Chicago.
Pick: Chicago Bears -4.5
